These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to zyone.co, related pages, downloadable files, templates, calculators, guides, prompt libraries, and other digital products offered under the ZYONE brand (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the website or purchasing, downloading, or using a ZYONE product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services for a business or on behalf of another organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Website usage rules

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• interfere with the website, its security, availability, or normal operation;
• introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse, or harmful content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or non-public information;
• misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person, or use the Services fraudulently;
• copy, scrape, or extract protected content for resale, model training, or creation of a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits it; or
• use ZYONE content in a way that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

3. Digital product terms

ZYONE products are digital products; no physical item will be shipped. Delivery is normally provided through a third-party checkout or download service after successful payment. You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to it, downloading your files, keeping reasonable backups, and using compatible software and devices.

Product descriptions, included files, compatibility information, and the version offered at checkout form part of your purchase. Features may differ between Microsoft Excel, WPS Office, browser-based spreadsheet software, operating systems, and software versions. Any compatibility notes on the product page should be reviewed before purchase.

4. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are shown on the website or hosted checkout page and may change for future purchases. Payments, tax calculation, receipts, currency conversion, fraud checks, and charge processing may be handled by a third-party commerce or payment provider. The terms and privacy policy displayed by that provider also apply to the transaction. You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges not collected at checkout.

5. User inputs and calculated outputs

Calculators, product scores, prompts, projections, and recommendations depend on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide. Platform fees, advertising costs, tax rules, shipping costs, exchange rates, customer behavior, marketplace rules, and market conditions can change. You are responsible for independently checking important inputs and making your own business decisions.

6. No guarantee of business results

ZYONE does not guarantee product demand, sales, conversion rates, rankings, account approval, marketplace eligibility, revenue, savings, or profit. Examples, scores, margins, and scenarios are illustrative and are not promises of future performance. Every ecommerce business carries risk, including the risk of losing money.

7. Intellectual property

The website and ZYONE products—including their branding, layouts, text, formulas, scoring methods, prompts, documentation, graphics, and source files—are owned by or licensed to ZYONE and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product grants only the limited license described in the License Agreement below. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or rely on third parties, including checkout providers, payment processors, file-delivery services, analytics providers, hosting providers, AI services, spreadsheet software, and ecommerce platforms. ZYONE does not control their availability, security, pricing, policies, content, or business decisions. Your use of a third party is governed by that party’s terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” ZYONE disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZYONE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, marketplace suspension, advertising losses, or decisions made using the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, ZYONE’s total liability relating to a paid product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Suspension and termination

Access to the website or product support may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, infringement, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, license restrictions, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect product, operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and contact

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained when you visit zyone.co, contact ZYONE, or purchase a ZYONE digital product. Third-party checkout, payment, analytics, and hosting providers may separately process information under their own policies.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with the Services, information may include:

• Contact information: your name, email address, and the contents of support or business correspondence.
• Order information: product purchased, transaction date, order status, currency, amount, country or region, tax information, and an order or customer reference supplied by the checkout provider.
• Technical and usage information: pages viewed, referral source, approximate location, browser and device type, operating system, language, timestamps, interactions, and diagnostic information.
• Cookie and analytics identifiers: identifiers used to distinguish visits and understand website activity.
• Information you choose to provide: feedback, product questions, refund-request details, and files or screenshots you voluntarily send for support.

ZYONE does not currently offer user accounts and does not ask you to enter sensitive business data into the website. Avoid sending passwords, complete payment-card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through email.

2. How we use information

Information may be used to:

• process and verify orders, deliver files, and provide purchase support;
• respond to questions, refund requests, technical issues, and legal requests;
• operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and products;
• understand aggregate website traffic and product interest;
• detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, or license violations;
• maintain records required for tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance purposes; and
• send service-related messages or marketing communications where permitted and, where required, with consent.

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, or consent. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the applicable basis.

3. Payment information and checkout providers

Payments are completed through a hosted third-party checkout provider, currently Paddle or another provider identified on the checkout page. ZYONE does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card number, card security code, or online-banking credentials. The provider may share limited transaction and customer information needed to confirm payment, deliver the product, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Payment processing is also governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy.

4. Google Analytics 4 and cookies

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 may process page views, interaction events, referral information, browser and device information, approximate location, and cookie or device identifiers. Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive location information and discards them before the addresses are logged or stored in Analytics.

Analytics cookies and similar technologies may remain on your device for a period determined by the provider and configuration. You can restrict or delete cookies using browser settings and may use available Google opt-out tools. Blocking analytics may reduce measurement accuracy but should not prevent access to the core website. If a cookie-consent tool is displayed, the choices offered through that tool will apply as described there.

5. How information is shared

Information may be disclosed only as reasonably necessary to:

• commerce, payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and file-delivery providers;
• website hosting, analytics, email, customer-support, and security providers;
• professional advisers such as accountants, auditors, insurers, or legal advisers;
• government bodies, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when legally required;
• protect the rights, safety, security, and property of users, ZYONE, or others; or
• support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

ZYONE does not sell personal information for money. ZYONE does not share payment-card details because those details are handled by the payment provider.

6. Data storage, retention, and international processing

Information may be stored in systems operated by ZYONE’s checkout, email, analytics, hosting, and support providers. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, recognized safeguards are used for international transfers.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing products and support, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Different providers maintain data according to their own retention settings and policies.

7. Data security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no internet transmission, email, storage provider, or payment system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, devices, download links, and local product files.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information, to withdraw consent, or to appeal or complain to a data protection authority. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information.

To make a request, email hello@zyone.co with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. Reasonable information may be requested to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized disclosure. ZYONE will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may be retained where legally permitted or required.

9. Children’s privacy

The Services are designed for ecommerce entrepreneurs and are not directed to children. ZYONE does not knowingly collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.

10. Changes and contact information

This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the Services, providers, or applicable law. The revised version will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Privacy questions may be sent to hello@zyone.co or, if unavailable, zyonehq@gmail.com.

ZYONE products are downloadable digital goods that are normally made available immediately after successful payment. Because access cannot be fully returned in the same way as a physical item, completed digital purchases are generally final where permitted by law. This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

1. When a refund or remedy may be available

A request will be reviewed when:

• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the purchased files are materially corrupted or defective and a working replacement cannot be provided;
• you did not receive access because of a verified delivery or checkout failure and access cannot reasonably be restored;
• the product delivered is materially different from the product identified in the order; or
• a refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right is required by applicable law.

Depending on the issue, the appropriate remedy may be troubleshooting, renewed download access, a replacement file, correction of the order, or a full or partial refund.

2. Requests that are generally not eligible

Except where required by law, refunds are generally not provided for:

• change of mind after purchase or download;
• failure to achieve expected sales, profit, demand, rankings, or other business results;
• incorrect assumptions, estimates, inputs, or business decisions made using the product;
• lack of compatible software or failure to review disclosed compatibility requirements;
• minor formatting differences in third-party spreadsheet software;
• failure to download or securely store files after access was provided; or
• use that violates the License Agreement, including redistribution or account sharing.

3. How to request help or a refund

Contact hello@zyone.co as soon as reasonably possible. Include the purchasing email address, order number, product name, transaction date, and a clear description of the problem. Screenshots may be included if useful, but do not send full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, or government IDs.

Requests may be verified with the checkout provider. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method, and processing time is controlled by the payment provider and financial institution.

4. Exceptions and statutory rights

Some jurisdictions provide cancellation, conformity, or withdrawal rights for digital content. In certain jurisdictions, a statutory withdrawal right may end after a customer expressly agrees to immediate digital delivery and acknowledges the resulting loss of that right. Any non-waivable legal right takes priority over this Policy. Purchases made through a merchant-of-record or marketplace may also be subject to that provider’s required refund procedures.

This Digital Product License Agreement (“License”) applies to ZYONE spreadsheets, calculators, templates, guides, prompt libraries, documentation, graphics, and related downloadable files (the “Product”). The Product is licensed, not sold.

1. License grant

Subject to payment and compliance with this License, ZYONE grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Product for the purchaser’s own personal or internal commercial ecommerce activities. This is a single-user license unless a separate team, agency, or multi-user license is expressly stated on the order.

2. Permitted personal and commercial use

You may:

• use the Product to research, plan, evaluate, and operate your own ecommerce business;
• enter your own data and use the resulting calculations, scores, notes, and decisions in your business;
• create reasonable backup copies for your own use; and
• use non-confidential results or insights in internal reports or client deliverables, provided the Product files, formulas, prompts, protected layouts, and editable source content are not transferred to the client.

3. Modification rules

You may modify input fields, labels, categories, notes, and copies of the Product for your own licensed use. Modified copies remain subject to this License. Modification does not transfer ownership and does not permit you to distribute, sell, sublicense, publish, or commercialize the original or modified Product as a template, calculator, prompt pack, course resource, lead magnet, download, software product, or competing service.

4. Prohibited redistribution and misuse

You must not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, gift, or share the Product or download link;
• upload the Product to a public website, marketplace, shared drive, template library, membership area, or file-sharing service;
• provide editable source files to clients, customers, employees, contractors, students, or other third parties without an appropriate license;
• remove or misrepresent copyright, brand, ownership, or license notices;
• extract formulas, prompts, text, designs, or scoring systems to create a substantially similar or competing product;
• claim authorship or ownership of the Product; or
• use the Product for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activities.

5. Ownership

ZYONE and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Product, including its intellectual property and all copies, updates, and protected elements. Your business data and original content remain yours. No trademark rights or rights to the ZYONE name, logo, or brand identity are granted.

6. Updates, support, and compatibility

The purchase includes only the files and support expressly described on the product page or checkout page at the time of purchase. Future updates, new versions, customization, consulting, or ongoing support are not included unless expressly stated. Third-party software updates may affect compatibility and are outside ZYONE’s control.

7. Termination

This License automatically terminates if you materially violate its restrictions. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Product in your possession or control. Termination does not limit any other rights or remedies available for infringement, unauthorized distribution, or breach.

8. Questions and additional licenses

For team, agency, education, resale, white-label, or other uses not expressly permitted above, written permission or a separate license is required. Contact hello@zyone.co before using the Product in that way.
